- This free shipping offer may be withdrawn or altered at any-time.
Flat Rate of $10.95 all other standard orders.
Shipping for large items: From $29.95 (Includes Cots, Furniture and other bulky products)
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours, Weekdays only.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day
- 1-7 working days for delivery to metro locations
- 7 - 10 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory
*Delivery times can vary due to reasons beyond Kiddie Pop control.
Returns
If you would like to return an item because you have simply changed your mind, Kiddie Pop will offer you a store credit note (not a refund) less shipping cost or exchange for items returned within 14 days of purchase. This is provided that the item:
* Is returned with a proof of purchase (invoice)
* Is unused, in its original condition and packaging as well as containing the instruction manuals and any accessories.
This does not apply to any clearance or discontinued items as well as the items belongs to the below categories:
* Feeding
* Sleeptime
* Healthy and Safety
* Bathing
* Maternity
* Nappies
